VTG Native American Resin Plastic Real Feathers and Leather Wall Hanging Art.  This looks to be a resin or possibly a plastic molded wall hanging 3 D art sculpture.  The unique thing about this wall hanging native American Art is how the mold is made to look like the person is inside of the turtle shell.  Very cool looking art.  My best guess is late 1980s to early 1990s and most likely made in China but I do not know for sure.  I am pricing towards the lower end of the market because I do not have any more information about this item.
