Very good to Mint condition.  I small or very small amount of wear on the edge of the ty tag but very minor and hard to see.  Otherwise, the condition looks excellent.  This was from an estate and the person collected and stored collectable items.  This is no exception and is very nice.
This is the error version which has 1997 on the ty tag and 1998 on the tush tag.  This is a rare and valuable version.
