The condition is good with the paintings and the frames are acceptable with a couple scraps on each one.   The backing is not great and could use some new nails but overall the paintings are beautiful and the framing is acceptable.   This lot comes with three 13" x 13" framed original paintings open the heart 1, 2 and 3 awesome collection at a very fair price.
