Artist Seymour Rosenthal Pencil Signed Lithograph "Junk Vendor" Edit:  250.  The paper including the matting show a little aging or fading and the edges of the litho show a little browning.  The frame is still good but the back cardboard needs to be replaced eventually.  Overall this is still a nice Seymour Rosenthal limited edition and pencil signed print.  Seymour was from N.Y. an American Artist (1921-2007)
